FAQs

SMART can be adapted to be used for any role, clinical and non-clinical. Originally developed for clinical pharmacists the platform quickly evolved based on the needs of our partner organisations to be able to support any role within the MDT and general administrative staff within any health or social care setting.

As part of the setup and mobilisation you will have a dedicated Soar Beyond team member to help you embed the SMART platform across your team. This will include a combination of live online training and readily accessible tutorials to help you and your team fully understand all the functionalities and how to use the platform to make the best use of your investment.  You will also have access to online support for any queries or questions throughout the length of your contract.

Not at all. SMART was developed for primary care but can be used in any health or social care organisation and best of all, across integrated care systems. It can be used in small units, wards, care homes, and at practice-level or even at organisational, trust, federation, and system-level!

Soar Beyond provides you with a templated suite of competencies for various roles, however, all competencies can be adapted to meet the needs of your organisation.  We will work with you to adapt the competencies so that they align with your organisational priorities.

There is no maximum, you can add any number of users at any point.  We already have organisations using SMART with less than 5 users to larger organisations with over 350 users.  The more users you have the more cost effective the solution is for your organisation.

Your senior clinical pharmacist may be new to the team and will need some support on how to lead and manage their team in order to meet the needs and priorities of the PCN.  Our 1:1 Accelerator sessions provide coaching and mentoring support by one of our own experienced senior clinical pharmacists focusing on action planning and delivery – enabling them to lead their team effectively.

Accelerator sessions are 1:1 sessions, however, we can provide group sessions to support your teams with project delivery and planning.  We have successfully run these sessions to groups of 30 or more.

The key to embedding any new platform is the change management approach – therefore the 4D workshops ensure all your stakeholders are on the same page through expertly facilitated sessions – see testimonials for more info on the value of these workshops.  After the 4D workshop, you will have a fully developed deployment plan to enable you to achieve your vision.

SMART can be adapted to be used for any role, clinical and non-clinical.  Originally developed for clinical pharmacists the platform quickly evolved based on the needs of our partner organisations to be able to support any role within the MDT and general administrative staff within general practice.

All senior personnel will have access to the information on the platform to provide them visibility of the KPIs and metrics across the organisation.  Senior leads will only have access to their own team’s data to review progress against KPIs and metrics set by the organisation.
